Christmas Greetings from the Stables, We hope this letter finds all of you healthy and happy. Thought we would let you know that the horses are. They got their regular ration of feed plus a couple of carrots and an ear of corn to munch on. They all seemed appreciative. We have had a good year despite the drought. I guess if you look hard enough even on the worse days you have, you will find a place where God smiled on you. It is all in the way you look at what is handed to you. Let us not forget the reason for this celebration we call Christmas and take time to wish our Savior a happy birthday. Please join me in special prayer for a couple of people in need of your thoughts. My niece, Amber Washington, and her husband Maurice are Sergeants in the Air Force serving in the Middle East. She misses home during this festive time of year. A time when the rest of us are with family and friends. Without people like her and Maurice, we would not be able to celebrate as we do. Our military protects our freedoms. I miss her company, love her and pray for her safety and quick return. Also, our friend, Bob Littlefield. He is home recovering from open heart surgery. He had a valve replaced and two bypasses a little over a week ago. He and his wife Dee Dee are the owners of Ranch Tack where my family does business. We have been helping out at the store for a few months. We pray for Bob's recovery and return to the store and for the strength Dee needs to help Bob, run the store and the farm. I guess that is about it from the Stables. Visit our Web site for up dates and new pictures. The link is http://www.doublerstablesky.com/. From our family to yours, Merry Christmas and God be with you.
Richard, Jennifer and Matthew
